Description
here is one of my Characters in Sprite.
Based on Billy Shoepack from TUGS.
Matthew arrives on Sodor to deliver fireworks, but soon rescues the Engines from being trapped, and is now part of the Sodor Railway.
I just used parts from Edward, Henry and Donald/Douglas' Tender, most of it is edited by me.
